Learning Kohana

Hello all,
I’m Dlib and you can find me under that nick in the Kohana forums and the irc channel. Feel free to ask me any questions you have on Kohana, this blog, any released code I’ve written or anything else you feel I’m relevant to.

Over the past months I’ve gotten quite accustomed to Kohana framework and with this blog I hope to share what I’ve learned from my initial struggles, so you don’t have any.

Some general information:
I use mySQL for all my tutorials. They all should work on other platforms but it’s not tested.

I use Formation, my home-grown form generation and validation module. It’s workings are similar to Forge but I’ve added some features. I’ll try to link to it whenever I use it.

I generally use a pretty recent build of Kohana although I try not to use anything that breaks backwards compatibility.
